PASPARTOUT - Partners
Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium
Alexander Mangold works within the Department Scientific Service Observations, in the groupe Atmospheric composition, measurement and modelling. He is the project coordinator of PASPARTOUT. Alexander Mangold is effective member of the Belgian National Committee on Antarctic Research. RMI was also involved in the AEROCLOUD, CHASE, and CLIMB projects at Princess Elisabeth station. Dr Andy Delcloo will also work also partly for PASPARTOUT, mainly with his expertise on atmospheric dispersion modelling.
Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, KUL
Within KUL, it is the Regional Climate Studies (RCS) group of Prof. Dr. Nicole van Lipzig which is partner within PASPARTOUT. Nicole van Lipzig and her group bring in their expertise in the measurements of clouds and precipitation and in particular the knowledge on carrying out regional climate modelling studies for Antarctica. The RCS group has also been involved in the AEROCLOUD and CLIMB projects which investigated the influence of clouds and aerosols on the climate in Dronning Maud Land.
Within Ghent University, Belgium, it is the EnVOC research group of Prof. Christophe Walgraeve, who is partner within PASPARTOUT and who was partner in the CHASE and CLIMB projects.
Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB)
Within ULB, Belgium, it is the G-Time laboratory and Prof. Nadine Mattielli who is partner within PASPARTOUT. She has been involved also in the CHASE project.
